Kmusicmen Refund Policy
1. Payments and Deposit
To confirm any DJ or singer service, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required. This payment secures the date and guarantees kmusicmen’s availability for the agreed-upon event. The remaining 50% must be paid in full at the conclusion of the event, before the staff’s departure.
2. Cancellations by the Client
If the client decides to cancel the service, the deposit refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the event date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the event date: The deposit is non-refundable. This amount is considered compensation for the loss of opportunity to book another client on that date.
3. Cancellations by Kmusicmen
In the unlikely event that kmusicmen must cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances (severe illness, emergency, etc.), the following conditions will apply:
- The client will be notified as soon as possible.
- A full refund of 100% of the deposit will be issued to the client.
- Every effort will be made to find a substitute DJ or singer of comparable quality, if the client desires. The final decision on whether to accept the substitute is up to the client.
4. Changes and Rescheduling
If the client needs to reschedule the event date, they must notify kmusicmen at least 30 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to kmusicmen’s availability. If the new date is not available, it will be considered a cancellation by the client, and the policies in section 2 will apply.
